The good thing about traditions is that you can always start a new one. Case in point: I love to watch Halloween prime time speacials; It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown, Garfield's Halloween Adventure, Halloween is Grinch Night, Simpsons: Treehouse of Horrors and so on. But as much as each of these 'toons represents a cherished classic they're just not televised as they used to be. Fortunately we have had newcomers step up to the plate in recent years such as the very talented Maxwell Atoms of Billy and Mandy fame.
A year or so ago Atoms brought us Billy and Mandy's Jacked Up Halloween, a wonderfully horrid re-imaging of the Headless Horseman stories of yore. Full of fart jokes, plenty of tricks and the ever entertaining antics of Billy the show was among a select few that made it back into my viewing celebrations last Halloween and will most likely return this year. Although relatively short it celebrated a high point in the series, before the jokes just weren't funny anymore (Wrath of the Spider Queen).
So it was to my esteem pleasure that I discovered that Atoms was returning with a new show (possibly) with a Halloween-themed premiere event entitled Underfist. It appears to be a spin-off of sorts featuring the supporting cast of Billy and Mandy; ie. Erwin, Hoss Delgado, Skar, etc. which peeks my interest, but if the premiere is any indication I'm definetely sold.
