Those of you who are frequent visitors to SKC may have noticed that things have started to change a little around the 'ole clubhouse. A new mascot, video shortlist, ad section and exclusive indie music releases are just the beginning of what's in store for the second half of 2010.As the year continues, there will be a new site design, tons more creator interviews in the Creative Spotlight feature and the introduction of a live-action Strange Kid puppet constructed by incredible NY-based artist, Adam Parker Smith. Some of you may remember Adam's work from our previous article on 3 Legged Leg's Chromeo video.
My intention with this puppet will be for him to become the true ambassador of Strange Kids Club, a Jonny Quest meets Howdy Doody type of mascot, as he explores the art culture of the internets through a variety of video skits and public appearances.
